-- Garry at one point was a very friendly, funny, laid back man. Well, as laid back as an English man could get anyway. He would party and travel all over Europe, he was a carefree guy.  That was until his father went on a gambling spree and lost nearly all the family money. After that, he decided to leave his family. He didn't want to be like his father. he became a working man.  He moved from Italy to Britain and then hurled himself into school and worked long unkindly hours. He did well for himself and even worked for the Royal family for a year, but he won't tell anyone what his job was. That's how he got his 'name' for himself. Now, because he once went without all the things his children have, he makes sure to appreciate the little things in life. He does not take kindly to disrespect and likes things to be very proper. Though, there are times, after a few drinks of scotch, where the old Garry will come out at parties and such. He is a family man and would do anything for his wife and children. He seems to let himself go just a tad when it is just him and the family. Sometimes he is easily angered if he has had a hard day, but normally he has great pacients. Garry's flaw is that once he set his mind on something, he's got to see it through. This can be good, and bad.
-- Garry, standing at 6'0 isn't the tallest person in the house. He sometimes wears shoes that give him an extra inch or two. He has a pretty proportional body, his legs only being a bit longer than most. He is pretty toned, for an older man. Because of his Italian background he has olive skin and a high, straight nose. His very dark brown (nearly black) hair is now heavily peppered with white and gray speckles. It is about 1 1/2 to 2 inches long. He normally lets it go wavy, unless its a special occasion. Which in case he would slick it back (which he also thinks is handsome )  His eyes look worn and have small wrinkles.  They are blue-gray and almond shaped, which pop out more because of his darker skin. His lashes are long, and his eyebrows are thicker, but not messy.  He also has a short yet thick goatee and often has a look about him that is just very proper. He used to be "the bees knees" when it came to looks as some would say, but age takes a toll on all of us.
-- He came to Downton at age 24 for a business meeting with Isadora's father. When he saw Isadora he knew he had to have her. Instead of striking a business deal, he ended up asking him for his blessing to court Isadora. By age 25 they were married.  He has been there ever since.

-- He is very secretive about his past. Not even Isadora knows about his old family. He tells people his family died in an unfortunate house fire and left him with his fortune.

-- Isadora is very concerned about properness. On the outside she is a proper, disciplined, warm, welcoming countess. Yet she has a surprising personality. Sometimes, out of nowhere, she can be absolutely spontaneous and even though she is disciplined she always incorporates fun into things, to spice things up a bit. A lot of times, however, she can lose her temper. She seems to recover it quickly, but can go too far. Isadora has a good taste in fashion and will have to adapt to the new changes after the war. She prefers fancy dresses unless it's casual and to have fun. Which leads to another flaw- She always tries to be on time but frets sometimes about clothes which leads to being late. Isadora frets as well about cleaning, some days she feels up to it but on bad days she can't handle it.
-- Countess Isadora has dark brown/brunette hair, which is always at least folded neatly back. Her slightly wavy, mid back length hair is tame- easy to do many fancy hairdos which Isadora loves. Her eyes are hazel, and always seem to sparkle as if a young girl's soul is inside her still. Yet they can also appear sharp as well. She has a warm smile, and a pretty, oblong, round face. Her teeth are straight and white. Her cheeks are nice and seem to be the perfect amount of color. The Countess's form is slender and she is actually quite tall, not overly tall, but only a couple inches shorter than her husband. Isadora is about 5 feet 8 inches or so. Her arms are long and slender, and so are her legs. Her skin is a bit pale.
--Isadora's grandfather had decided to move and bought the place, so it's not that old. Yet it's not that new either. She was raised to be proper as a child and her father was very, ultimately, strict. Her mother was a pretty blonde haired woman who only had two surviving children. Sh secretly would have fun with them while their father was away. So Isadora was able to enjoy part of her childhood.

-- Ana is a very opinionated person, never afraid to speak her mind. 99 % of the time she says whatever comes to her. Like her father she likes things done proper (she finds it very mesmerizing). But she used to also has her mothers love for parties.  She prefered formal parties though because as she says,"It's the best of both worlds". However, after when happened the night she found out Marshall died, she didn't really seem to be herself at parties. She enjoys spending tme with her family and there is no doubt in her mind she would do anything for them. She can be very outgoing, but comes off as rude sometimes with her bluntness and truthfulness. Ana likes being free to say what she pleases, and her main fear is that she will marry a man that will not let her speak her mind.
-- Anastasia is about 5'6, nearly 5'7.  Her body is a bit of an hour glass figure (some would say she is borderline petit) and her legs are pretty long. She has very lightly sun kissed skin and many freckles. Her eyes are wide and a bit of a rounded almond shape. They are a very pretty light blue with gray speckles like her father's mother. Her lips are naturally pink and slightly full. Her nose, as Cliff says, is cute. She has pretty, soft hands and nice nails from good care. She spends time to keep herself as pretty as she is.  Her hair is down to her waist, and is colored a rich, darker hazel brown. It is wavy when let go like her fathers.
-- Ana used to be very close to her brother Marshall. When she found out that he died it broke her heart, and she has been a little different ever since. Something about the loss hurt made her kind of bitter.
-- Her brother is Cliff, her sister is Mabel, her mother and father are the Earl and Countess.
-- She was once nearly engaged, but when she found out her brother died she closed herself off from him and ruined the relationship.

--  Lady Mabel is a wild girl who loves to be bold, sometimes foolish, and very adventurous. She doesn't like to be proper all the time, or obey her parents all the time either. Her position is fine, she never slouches or anything, but to this day she still likes to get into mischief. Lady Mabel loves her siblings, and often treats them quite fairly. She loves to ride horses and run, and seems to be more modern. Every day Lady Mabel will head to the stables. She is actually nice to the grooms and sometimes does their work for them, or plays a prank on them. Riding, though, keeps her tame and although she'd rather ride alone and do cross country, she'll take any opportunity she can get, like fox hunting and even dressage maybe, if she hears of it. Her horse, Violet, she has a strong connection with. Mabel can relate to a bunch of animals, but often seems to bond with the more wild ones. Violet is a thoroughbred, a hot blooded and hard to handle mare, yet she seems like a good little pony under Mabel's touch. Also, Violet is a light creamy palomino color, Lady Mabel calls her "a touch of sunlight that hit my heart". Lady Mabel loves pretty dresses for special occaisions, but would rather wear casual every day. Mabel likes to rebel against all the petticoats and corsets she must wear when it's hot out, or she'd ratehr just ride in casual clothing.  A few flaws are already mentioned, but a couple have not been: Mabel is a very picky eater, and will eat a but of meat but is mostly a vegetarian. Mabel also seems to be like a calm sea and breeze- she's independent, pretty open, although she likes to keep secrets, usual calm and cool (which is the opposite of her fiery mother) although when she gets mad it's like a storm. Although she gets mad less often, it usually lasts a while and she must get out or she'll explode. Mabel loves to stand for what's right, too
-- Lady Mabel is also tall and slender after her mother. Her face is a bit rounder and her eyes sparkle the same hazel. Her cheeks are colored and healthy, and she has freckles on her cheeks. Mabel has long, very wavy and almost curly hair that reaches her hips and is very wild. It is hard to put into fancy folds, although some hairdos it will behave and look stunning. Her feathery, fine hair is a rich golden color- not blonde, but a bit darker and with hints of red and brown. Mabel's skin is probably a bit rosier than her mother's, but still can look pale as a ghost in the winter time. She has a wonderful smile, and straight teeth like her mother. 
-- Lady Mabel was born and grew up here all her life. The house seems warm and perfect to her, she doesn't want to lose it. Her mother was definitely kinder to her than her grandmother was to her mother, and that took a pretty big part in the makings of her personality. Although her mother kept her well handled, there were a few busy times when Mabel was free to learn bad habits, so that changed her. She can be social or she can be shy, depending on the day, probably because of this.

-- Danielle is a quiet and petite young lady. She is known to have her little nose in a book or wishing she could be taking riding lessons. She prefers to play with horse dolls than a little girl's doll. She loves animals and talks kindly to them as if they could respond back to her. She is very honest, just so gentle and kind. She is sweet and loving to those around her. She is so down-to-earth and easy-going that nothing anyone can say to her or about her can tear her down. She still thinks about her family quite often. Her mother being a Lady and her uncle being Mr. Abbott, Danielle was always taught by her mother to be respectful and friendly to others. To never raise her voice or use violence to solve her conflicts. She has never had the privileges that she has now, living with her aunt and uncle. She only wishes she could do more for those who are beneath them. With her tiny heart of gold and her small wisdom, she wishes to care for all the orphaned animals and children when she becomes a woman. She feels she doesn't need to concern herself with mean, horrid men who only want her to raise their children.  
-- Danielle is a small lightly tanned girl with long dark brown hair, light brown eyes and tiny freckles under her eyes and dotting across the bridge of her nose. She likes to keep her hair short, just below her ears and loves to wear earrings. She is small for her age; she looks more like a 4 year old than a 6 year old. Hopefully, she'll grow.
-- Her mother, a Lady, married below her, a poor farmer. He was called off to work and nearly a month after Danielle's 5th birthday, her mother received a letter stating her husband's death in the line of duty. Just before Danielle turned 6, her mother came down with tuberculosis and died nearly 2 weeks later. Danielle now lives with her uncle and his family, The Abbotts.

-- Clifford is an odd ball.  He likes the fancy things in life, but he prefers the old fashioned stuff. He refuses to use anything electric, except for the lights in the house.  He will, however, light a candle if he is by himself instead of turning on the lights. He doesn't always like to do things properly, and can be a goof at times. He has a very outgoing personality. He's kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. He has made a few new relationships for the family due to his personality, but his father doesn't always approve of his actions.  He has a way about himself though, just like his father, where it doesn't matter what he's saying or doing, he just looks mature or proper. He often fights with his father, who says he doesn't want Cliff to make the same mistakes he made. And Cliff tries to take this into consideration but he knows he cant change himself. He is who he is and in the end he would do what his heart told him to. He is a hard worker, he is going to medical school as well as helping his father with the Earl's duties. He throws his heart and soul into every job he does, so he's an exceptional worker, he just knows how to have fun.
-- Cliff looks like a mini Garry.  He is a bit taller, and has straight hair, and different colored eyes, but that is where the differences end.  He stands at 6'3, has lovely olive skin, and a very handsome smile.  His hair is thick and dark brown nearly black.  It's straight and is only about an inch and a half long.  It's easy to keep looking clean.  His eyes are almond shaped, and his eyes are colored hazel like his mother.  They are mostly golden but have bits of green and dark brown in them.  Very unique. He has a high straight nose. His lashes are long, and his eyebrows are thicker, but not messy. He is pretty muscular because he loves to go horseback riding and go out in hunt. He normally keeps himself active.
-- He was born here and has lived here ever since. He went to war at age 24 and came back at age 27.
-- None yet, but his father is pestering him to find a wife. His sisters are Ana and Mabel, his mother and father are the Earl and Countess.

-- Belle is extremely quiet, and tends to notice the smallest of things. She's very independent, and is kind to those around her. She's very hard on herself, and gets extremely worked up if she so much as ruins one of her mistress's clothing items, and blames herself for nearly everything. Thankfully, she doesn't err much, due to her prior experience with being a maid and the fact that she loves the family as if it were her own and only wishes the best for the family members, as well as being extremely careful with her work. After all, slow and steady wins the race. Belle is usually distant with those she doesn't know well, but she will open up like a flower after rain once she is accustomed and warmed up to them. She harbors a certain sadness, yet it rarely surfaces from the depths of her heart. Belle has always secretly wanted a fairy tale romance, with kissing in the rain and the sharing of issues and books, but alas, her life as a servant is unlikely to produce such an event. Ever the hopeful little soul, Belle still has her fingers crossed.
-- Belle has a slender build, aiding her in the agility department. She has long legs and a long torso to match, and her skin is a pale, milky white due to lack of sun exposure seeing as she serves indoors. Belle has a long, oval-shaped face, with a sprinkling of freckles dancing over her button nose and cheeks. Her lips are a pale pink the color of peony petals, and her eyes are a warm hazel color, much like the shade of roasted coffee beans framed by short, dark lashes. Belle's hair is a dark chocolate brown, with streaks of milk chocolate here and there. When worn down, it is a mass of natural waves that end in small ringlets, but Belle's hair is only ever worn down when she drifts off to sleep each night; In the day and in public, she wears her hair in a bun, with tendrils tickling the edges of her face to decrease the severity of the look. The tip of Belle's nose and cheeks are seen tinged with scarlet when her skin has exposure to the cold, and her hands are often chapped in the wintertime so she wears gloves over them. Belle wears the house key to Miss Grey's home on a chain around her neck from sunrise to sunset, only ever unclasping it from her neck when she prepares for bed.
-- Belle was a maid for the said Miss Grey as her previous occupation before she arrived at Downton. Belle loved her job dearly, and cared for her Mistress like a daughter to her mother. Indeed, Miss Grey was rather cold, but Belle grew accustomed to her antics and her mistress grew on her over time, as Belle did for Miss Grey. Belle enjoyed doing the simplest of tasks for her, such as serving tea or slip her stockinged feet into her shoes, just to keep her Mistress content. One night, however, Miss Grey passed in her sleep due to old age, and it seemed to shatter Belle's heart. Belle seemed a little lost after that, and was scrambling to find a job. Miss Grey had been wise enough to jot a few words down about Belle as a great referral before she kicked the bucket, so Belle's future was a better one than she would have dove into otherwise. Belle spotted a notice tacked to a bulletinboard in the village for a Lady's Maid up at Downton Abbey, and she couldn't contain her excitement. She applied right away, and was the happiest she'd been since Miss Grey's death when she heard that she had been accepted. Here she was, at the great Downton Abbey.

-- Michael is a happy guy. He loves his job, and he loves the Abbey. He is very passionate and would defend the Abbey as if he owned it himself. His goal is to one day be the butler here. It would bring him great joy and pride. His father and grandfather were both Butlers as well and he wishes to follow in their footsteps. He will probably do whatever it takes to make himself Butler... He works very hard and could be considered a suck up at times. He hates rule breakers and can be kind of a snitch when he thinks it's needed. Especially if it will help him out in any way. He is friendly enough with casual conversation (thought he tends to be quiet and soft spoken) and he knows how to have a good time, but he mostly likes to focus on work. He is young and ambitious and so you never know what stupid mistake he might end up making.
-- Mike is an average sized man, standing at about 6'0. He is pale and has many freckles. His hair is a light golden blond, is straight, and is always perfectly set to make him look proper. He doesn't have much muscles, but he isn't skinny either. He has nice hazelish green (aka light green with light brown speckled) eyes. They're nice to look at. His face is fairly good looking to most people, but he isn't utterly handsome. He has darker eyebrows and he always looks content with himself and also tends to look very approachable.
-- Mike has been at the Abbey for two years, he had tried three times to get on as a footman and didn't succeed, so he went to school and learned the proper ways, and finally he was accepted. He is unbelievably happy working here.

-- Carol tends to be a very quiet person.  She does have many opinions but she keeps them to herself.  She's a hard worker, she loves her work and finds great joy every time she completes a dish on her own.  She is very skilled in her craft.  Being so quiet, normally people pass right over her.  But when they get to know her they tendcome to her with secrets and such.  They do not think she will tell anyone, but somehow the secrets get out anyway. She can't seem to help herself, she loves drama. Well, she loves to watch drama unfold.  She doesn't like to be in the middle of things. Her mother had been very manipulative, so it's not really her fault she is like this way.  She is addicted to it.  If there isn't drama, she's gotten to the point where she will start some. And she loves that no one suspects her because she is so quiet.
-- She stands only at 5'4 but most of it is her legs. She is very skinny, very petit.  She has a tiny hour glass figure.  Her hair is only shoulder length, and normally in a bun.  It is a pretty dark brown with natural highlights and is naturally straight and full.  Her eyes are a simple bright blue and her eyes are big.  Her eye lashes are long and dark and her lips are kind of full.  All in all she's not bad to look at, but she can look a little fragile.
-- Had her first job as a kitchen maid at a friends of the family's estate.  Garry liked one of her dishes and asked her to come work for him instead. She has only been here for a few months so far.

-- Lila is respectful, dutiful, and happy, but also very nervous and shy, at least in a new place or around unfamiliar people. She is inherently, almost impossibly good, and has a tender disposition that allows for her to easily become upset or elated.
-- Lila is a very petite young woman. She is little more than five feet tall and has a slim waist, arms, and fingers. She has straight fiery red hair that she keeps pulled back and stuffed under a cap when she’s working in the House, and a cute little nose that turns up the slightest bit at the end. Her eyes are big and soft brown in color, framed by dark lashes. She has a small, pert mouth and a heart-shaped face that is quick to break into a smile. Just under her left cheekbone, across from the outside corner of her eye, is a red-brown birthmark slightly bigger than a coin. The oblong shape is similar to a mark that would be left behind from a kiss. Lila dislikes the mark, but her father always dotingly claims it must be caused by the kiss of an angel at her birth.

-- Theodore is a naturally polite and quiet person. When he does talk he can be very witty and sometimes even charming, but he also has a tendency of embarrassing himself when he does not know enough about a subject or simply makes the wrong comment at the wrong time. Even so, he has good intentions, and a kind heart, that almost directly contrasts with his sometimes frightening stature and appearance. Teddy enjoys reading and riding and sometimes writing, but somehow cannot seem to manage his father’s estate to the former’s satisfaction, thus prompting his trip to the Abbey.
-- Teddy is fairly tall and has straight, broad shoulders that give him a sometimes intimidating air when he uses his height and frame to full advantage. He keeps his curly, dark auburn hair combed back from his forehead, revealing dark eyebrows and expressive blue eyes that have traces of green and brown in their strands. He’s got a straight nose and full lips that go well with the strong planes of his face, which can go from solemn to happy and inviting with a simple smile.
-- Earl Allison has been friends with the Abbots for years. He has recently asked Earl Abbott to host his son and teach him the skills he will need in the life of a noble in hopes it will draw Teddy out of his books and into the real world.

Cliff nodded to Dracul.  It will be one of those days then.. He began to undress and wrapped his lower body in a towel as he waited. He walked into the room where Dracul was finishing up his bath and leaned on the door frame. He watched Dracul, wondering what to say to the man. He did like to start conversations with him, because he knew Dracul would most likely not start them himself. "I hear there is a carnival coming to town next week. Have you thought about going?"

Dracul glanced up from the tub, where he was carefully dropping lavender oil in. "Well, I've never really been a fan of carnivals; and there's the fact that I don't have a break anytime soon, so, to put it simply, my lord, no." He told him, straightening up and placing a bar of soup on the small table near the bath. "Do you wish to go?" Asked the younger man, making his way purposely around as he spoke.

New people...? Fun...? I worked at a circus...And what goes on behind the closed curtains are shocking to say the least. Thought Dracul. Honestly, one of the reasons he never went to carnivals and the like was because you could never be too sure when you'd run into an old 'friend'. Or that one person you served six years ago at the candy stand still remember you and step up to talk and end up letting stuff slip, though it was unlikely. Still, he bowed slightly to Cliff and replied in a tone of voice that didn't discourage farther conversation, but didn't promote it either. "If you wish for me to accompany you, I will oblige, my lord. Though I cannot say I'll be much of a companion." He turned then, opening his master's wardrobe to ready his outfit for the day, and set out a dressing gown for him to wear once he got out of the bath.

Yeah...I noticed the tab thingy higher up on the profile pic. XD And that's cool, I wanted to use a painting or abstract drawing for my profile pic, but for the time being this will have to do. )

Oh, cool. :3 Traditional art is more my thing, as for the life of me I can't use technically to do stuff like that. That's why I have people do layouts for me. XD )
